HSE Policy
Seisgadget Ltd. is committed to providing a safe and healthy workplace for its employees, contractors, visitors and customers while protecting the environment in which we operate.
In the endeavor for an incident free workplace, we believe that all HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) events are preventable and that the elimination of these events can be achieved if all employees, contractors and visitors are aware that they are each responsible for their own safety and the safety of others at their respective workplace. Seisgadget Ltd. management empowers all employees, contractors and visitors with the duty of care and individual right to stop or intervene in any activity that could potentially harm any person, the environment or company owned or leased assets.
To build and sustain a proactive HSE culture within Seisgadget Ltd., the company is committed to:
• Maintain a Business Management System that will provide the programs and tools required to meet or exceed industry expectations and to achieve excellence in our industry.
• Maintain a reporting system that allows for the recording and analysis of incidents, potential incidents, unsafe acts and conditions, as well as for capturing and managing corrective actions in the effort to prevent reoccurrence.
• Set HSE objectives, specify key performance indicators, measure results, and assess and continually improve processes through the use of an effective management system.
• Conduct comprehensive hazard assessments for each project and implement the necessary controls to reduce risks to as low as reasonably practicable.
• Provide awareness and training programs to ensure employee task competence and encourage active employee participation relative to the improvement and fulfillment of HSE issues.
• Go beyond compliance to meet or exceed all relevant health, safety and environmental laws, regulations, industry standards or any other applicable legal requirements.
• Reduce environmental risks and minimize the Company's impact on the environment through pollution prevention measures and the reduction and recycling of waste.
• Engage with the local communities where we work and maintain high standards of behavior wherever we operate.
• Maintain contact with industry associations, government organizations and other outside entities in order to ensure the continued communication and development of HSE standards.
• Ensure that a process of continual improvement is achieved through periodic objective setting, auditing and performance review of this Policy and the Management System.
As part of the assurance, review and learning element of Seisgadget's Management System, this policy shall be regularly reviewed to ensure relevance to our constantly changing work environment.
