Seisgadget Ltd. is pleased to announce that we have agreed a strategic capital alliance with Japan Investment Fund Inc. ("J-FUN") that is the subsidiary of Development Bank of Japan ("DBJ") and Nihon M＆A Center Inc. - see below for the companies’ detail. With this capital alliance, Seisgadget and J-FUN will hold regular strategy meetings in which developing Seisgadget business and participating the management for Seisgadget.
 
Existing Seisgadget’s management, Yoshitaka Ueda, Toru Tanaka and Kazuhiko Fujita continues to work as core management team in Seisgadget after the strategic capital alliance.

Seisgadget works for offshore seismic and renewable energy business, since 2013. In a past few years, the market is growing and shifting, especially in renewable energy business. In addition to the seismic survey for offshore wind farm, we will extend our services for geophysical, geotechnical survey, and O&M services by collaborating with globally innovative companies in marine robotics. Under the circumstance and expecting Seisgadget's further development, Seisgadget will have capital alliance with J-FUN to strengthen offshore seismic and renewable energy business. J-FUN's resources will strengthen Seisgadget's partnerships with clients and strategic growth.
